Frank, Laurie and Theresa worked on the short sale of my townhouse. I had pretty much decided to foreclose on my property but ran into The Helderle Team's information on the internet just by coincidence and sent in an online inquiry. Frank got back with me pretty quickly. At the very first meeting, I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. It took a long time from our first meeting to closing but it was mostly due to the bad housing market, especially for a townhouse. There were a few times I was ready to throw in the towel but Frank and Theresa never gave up and I finally closed last Friday! It feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. They were also able to negotiate with the mortgage company to pay for overdue HOA fees saving me $1500 at closing! I would recommend the Helderle Team to anybody that is considering a short sale.

Laurie was AMAZING to work with! we were looking for a short sale / foreclosure property and were working with an FHA loan (and not a huge one). Laurie was always willing to show us whatever we we were interested in seeing, and provided us with so much valuable information on both properties and the process of buying a distressed property. she was direct but friendly always. (and fun!)The first two realtors we had (tried to) work with before finding Laurie would just refuse to schedule appointments to see properties if their commission would be too low or would tell us that it wasn't right for us (!!!) and refuse to let us see it ourselves. Frank Hederle and his team assisted me with with a short sale. Realizing that a short sale of a deeply underwater property was my best bet (despite the credit hit -- which isn't that bad), I researched the process extensively and read that while a decent option for homeowners in my situation, the short-sale process could take an extremely long time and the lender (the Bank) might be difficult to deal with. I decided to turn to some experts - and Frank and his team are definitely experts in this area, as well as others.The process went much much faster than I expected. Frank and his team were on top of everything from the get-go, and helped direct me through the process and even worked with the Bank (as my agents), to push them to complete the sale in a timely fashion. Frank put our property on the market and within two weeks had two offers - amazingly quick, IMO.Then, he and his team worked with their escrow agents, title agents, the bank, etc. to get the deal closed in a timeframe that was comfortable for me and my family.I would consider myself a somewhat demanding customer, but Frank and his team were right there with me on everything. There is no way I could have pulled off a shortsale on my own with the speed Frank's team pulled it off. Although the experience with the Bank wasn't the greatest. My experience with Frank was second to none. I have bought and sold property before and am used to agents being unresponsive (so many are); Frank would always get back to me via e-mail or phone very promptly, which was much appreciated.Not much more to say - great experience and I highly recommend the Helderle Team at Remax.

About Laurie Helderle
Laurie Helderle became a Realtor in 1999. She began her career at a small boutique Real Estate Company, serving the greater St. Louis area. Her real estate team consisted of her husband, Frank, and her son, Steven.In 2000, she joined RE/MAX where she has completed 25 years of service. During those years, she has sold and listed homes all over the St. Louis market emphasizing her services along the Highway 55 corridor, from South St. Louis to the northern tip of Saint Genevieve County, and helping buyers and sellers in every county in St. Louis, along with several in St. Charles County.
